Below is an outline of the qualifications, experience and specific areas of expertise of our technical staff personnel. As you will see, most of CAM's Technical Staff are certified through The Instrument Society of America (ISA) in the program for Certified Control Systems Technicians.  

 

STAFF QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS

CAM requires that staff, or the company as a whole, maintain and/or satisfy the list of requirements outlined below:

  • Minimum two year A.A.E.T. Process Control or Electronics Technology
  • Minimum five years actual field experience (for senior staff )
  • Certified Control Systems Technician (CCST), Level I to III (an ISA program)
  • Instrument Society of America (ISA) membership
  • National Fire Protection Association (NFPA) membership
  • National Conference on Weights & Measures (NIST) membership
  • American Society of Quality Control (ASQC) membership
  • Capable of system design, build, installation and start-up
  • Software programming experience on PLC
  • Distributive Control System experience
  • Software configuration experience - Supervisory Control And Data Acquisition
  • OSHA safety program and required safety training
