As the Chemical Engineer at CAM, Bill has the ability to evaluate chemical problems and equate their solutions. Bill has previous background as a project engineer and project manager at a hazardous waste incinerator and industrial waste water treatment facility. His working knowledge on design criteria for measurement of process parameters allows keen insight with respect to process upgrades. Bill also has extensive computer knowledge and is adept at control system software for use in data acquisition. He has applied FIX DMACS, RSVIEW, ONSPEC and GENESIS SCADA packages using 586 class PC’s. He has 15+ years of background experience that includes product, process and production engineering, computer programming and the ability to step into the field as a service engineer. Bill is the project manager at a federal installation, covering the entire facility for the steam, water and hydro plants. Bill’s proficiency to manage a project to the finest detail has earned him great respect. His estimating ability has allowed CAM to competitively bid instrumentation and SCADA contracts and be the lowest bidder on all but four major projects over the past 10 years. Specific experience includes system design and startup, plant upgrades and SCADA systems:
