Field Service Engineer
Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer

Wonderware Certified Training Provider

Dan’s contribution to CAM has proven itself very quickly.  We hired Dan directly out of school with the thought he would do ‘odds and ends’.  He has proven to be an excellent SCADA programmer. In the past few years, Dan has also gained Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer and Certifications for nearly all of Wonderware's offerings. His project involvement with CAM includes SCADA development for a Triple Effect Evaporator control system, a Chemical Pump Test Stand, a Coal-Fired Boiler Monitoring system, a Data Collection and SPC Charting system for a Starch Refinery and a Utility Steam Flow Monitoring and reporting system. We have also introduced him to PLC programming, analog controller configuration, installation and field calibration assignments. His recent experiences working as a Tech Support engineer have given him valuable experience in troubleshooting systems he hasn't been directly involved with. Put that together with his ability to see the bigger picture and the benefits to our customers keep growing.

His experience includes:

Allen-Bradley PLC5 and SLC500 configuration

Moore APACS and 352 controllers, 383 Display panels

MS Office Programming in Visual Basic for Applications

Intellution’s ‘The Fix’ configuration and programming

Wonderware’s FactorySuite configuration and programming
